Information we collect

Information you provide. This may include your name, email address, phone number, business name, job title, website or social profile, responses to forms, booking information, messages, purchase details, and information you choose to share in a program or community. If you provide a testimonial, photo, or recording, we handle it according to the permission you give us. Please avoid sending sensitive personal information unless it is needed for a specific request.

Payment information. Payments are processed by our payment provider. We receive transaction and billing details needed to administer a purchase, such as payment status and limited card information. We do not intend to store full payment card numbers on our website.

Information collected automatically. When you use our website and emails, we and our service providers may receive IP address, device and browser information, approximate location derived from IP address, pages viewed, referring links, dates and times of visits, and interactions with our content. Google Analytics, advertising pixels, cookies, and similar tools collect information about website use. Our browser-based and server-side conversion tools may also send advertising platforms information about a registration, booking, or purchase.

Information from other sources. We may receive information from advertising, scheduling, webinar, CRM, payment, and social platforms when you interact with us there, as allowed by your settings and those platforms’ policies.

How we use information

We use information to respond to inquiries; deliver newsletters, resources, masterclasses, purchases, and programs; schedule calls; manage accounts and payments; provide member support; improve the website and offerings; measure campaign performance; show relevant advertising where permitted; protect against fraud or misuse; keep business records; and comply with legal obligations. We may combine information from our website and business systems to understand your interactions with Prestige Bureau.

We send marketing emails when permitted and provide an unsubscribe option in those messages. Unsubscribing from marketing does not stop necessary messages about a purchase or program. If we offer text marketing or automated calls, we will request any consent required for those communications separately.

We use advertising pixels, cookies, and server-side conversion tracking to measure registrations and purchases, build audiences, and deliver or measure paid advertising across the platforms we use, including Google and Meta. When we share information

We do not publish a member’s private submissions or identifying testimonial without the applicable permission.

We keep information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes above, including delivering services, maintaining records, resolving disputes, and meeting legal obligations. The period depends on the type of information and the reason we collected it. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, but no online system can guarantee absolute security.

Your choices and rights

You may unsubscribe from marketing emails using the link in each message. You may manage cookies using Cookie Preferences and request to opt out of customer-list advertising by emailing hello@prestigebureau.com. You may also ask us to access, correct, or delete information associated with you, or to stop certain uses, at that address. Children

Our website and programs are intended for adults at least 18 years old. We do not knowingly collect information from children through the website. Contact us if you believe a child has provided information to us.
