Terms and conditions.

Effective date: September 23, 2026 · Last updated: September 23, 2026

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of https://prestigebureau.com and its pages, forms, articles, videos, downloads, masterclass registration pages, and other online content (the “Site”). The Site is operated by Prestige Bureau LLC, doing business as Prestige Bureau (“Prestige Bureau,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

By using the Site, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Site or submit an inquiry.

1. What we offer

Prestige Bureau publishes educational content about building and growing a Microfirm and may offer masterclasses, newsletters, workshops, digital resources, communities, and programs, including Microfirm Accelerator and Microfirm Ascension. Descriptions, availability, eligibility, pricing, and included services may change. A description on the Site is not a promise that an offer will remain available.

These Terms govern general Site use. If you purchase or enroll in an offer, the applicable checkout disclosures, order confirmation, and any separate agreement accepted or signed for that offer also apply. If a separate agreement conflicts with these Terms about that offer, the separate agreement controls.

2. Educational information and results

The Site provides education and general business information. It does not provide legal, tax, accounting, investment, or other regulated professional advice. Consult your own qualified advisers for decisions requiring that advice.

You are responsible for how you apply the information and for your business decisions. Examples, case studies, student stories, revenue figures, and testimonials describe particular experiences. They do not promise that you will achieve the same outcome. Results depend on factors including your experience, offer, market, execution, resources, and circumstances. Any specific claim should be read with the context and disclosures presented alongside it.

3. Intellectual property and permitted use

The Site's original text, graphics, videos, frameworks, downloads, course materials, branding, and other content are owned by Prestige Bureau or used with permission and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. “Prestige Bureau,” “Microfirm,” and program or framework names may identify our offerings; these Terms do not grant you ownership of any name or mark.

We grant you a limited, revocable, nonexclusive, nontransferable permission to view the Site and download resources expressly offered for your own personal or internal business use. You may not reproduce, publish, sell, license, distribute, share paid access to, or create a competing product from our content without our prior written permission. You may not record or redistribute a paid session unless the applicable program agreement expressly allows it. Brief quotations with clear attribution and a link to the source are welcome where permitted by law.

No provision of these Terms limits rights you have under applicable law, including fair use or other statutory exceptions.

4. Your submissions and community participation

If you submit an inquiry, comment, review, testimonial, or other material, you represent that you have the right to submit it and that it does not violate another person's rights. You retain ownership of material you create. You grant us permission to use it as needed to receive, respond to, and administer your submission. We will seek separate permission before using a private client submission, identifiable business data, or a private community post in public marketing, unless your applicable agreement expressly provides otherwise.

If a community or interactive feature is available, participate respectfully. Do not post unlawful, harassing, discriminatory, deceptive, or infringing material; disclose another person's confidential information; solicit members without permission; or upload malicious code. We may remove content or restrict access for violations, subject to any applicable paid program agreement.

5. Site conduct

You agree not to misuse the Site, interfere with its operation or security, gain unauthorized access, scrape content at scale, impersonate another person, or use Site content to train or populate a commercial product or database without permission. You may not use the Site in violation of applicable law.

6. Orders, payments, subscriptions, and refunds

If the Site offers a purchase, the applicable checkout page or written offer will identify the price, currency, payment schedule, and key features before you agree to pay. Any installment plan, recurring billing, renewal, cancellation procedure, refund eligibility, or access period must be stated in the applicable checkout disclosures and/or program agreement. Paying in installments does not necessarily mean that an offer is a month-to-month subscription; the applicable offer terms will say which arrangement applies.

By providing a payment method and authorizing a transaction, you agree to the charges disclosed for that transaction. We may use third-party payment processors. Taxes, if applicable, will be shown or described at checkout. If a payment fails, we may contact you to resolve it and may suspend paid access as provided in your applicable agreement. Nothing in these Terms creates a blanket “no refunds” policy or changes any refund right provided by law or your specific agreement.

For questions about a purchase, cancellation, billing, or access, contact hello@prestigebureau.com.

7. Email and communications

If you subscribe to the newsletter or register for a resource or event, we may send the requested content and related communications as described at sign-up and in our Privacy Policy. Marketing emails include a way to unsubscribe. Transactional messages about an inquiry, purchase, or account may continue when needed to administer that relationship. Any consent required for text messages or automated calls will be requested separately; these Terms alone do not provide that consent.

8. Privacy and third-party services

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and share personal information. The Site may link to or use third-party platforms for registration, video, scheduling, payment, communities, or other functions. Their own terms and privacy notices may apply. We are not responsible for the content or practices of independent third-party sites. A link does not imply our endorsement.

9. Availability and changes

We may update, correct, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Site. We aim to keep information accurate, but content may contain errors or become outdated. We may revise these Terms by posting a new version with an updated date. Changes take effect when posted, unless a later date is stated, and govern use after that date. Changes to a paid offer already purchased are governed by the applicable agreement and law.

10. Disclaimers and limits of liability

To the extent permitted by law, the Site is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or fitness for a particular purpose. We do not guarantee business, financial, career, client, or revenue outcomes.

To the extent permitted by law, Prestige Bureau and its owners, personnel, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the Site, including lost profits or data. Our aggregate liability arising solely from the free Site will not exceed US $100. Liability relating to a paid offer is addressed in the applicable agreement. These limits do not apply where prohibited by law or to liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

11. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, United States, without regard to conflict of laws principles, except where mandatory law provides otherwise. Before filing a claim about the Site, please contact us at hello@prestigebureau.com so we can try to resolve it. Unless applicable law requires another forum, courts located in Camden County, New Jersey will have jurisdiction over disputes arising from these Terms. A separate paid program agreement may specify a different dispute process for that program.

12. General terms

If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of it. You may not transfer your rights under these Terms without our written consent. These Terms and the Privacy Policy form the agreement for general Site use, subject to any applicable offer-specific agreement.
