Microfirm Accelerator checkout terms.

These terms apply to enrollment in the Microfirm Accelerator (“MFA”). Read them together with the offer details shown at checkout and the Microfirm Accelerator enrollment agreement we send you for signature. If the signed enrollment agreement conflicts with these checkout terms, the signed agreement controls, except that the price and payment schedule you expressly accept at checkout will remain part of your purchase unless both parties agree otherwise in writing.

Your purchase

The checkout page will show your selected price and payment option before you authorize payment. Your order confirmation will record the option you chose.

Your MFA enrollment includes the following during the 12-week program period, unless stated otherwise:

• Weekly advisory or co-working sessions;
• Access to Experts in Residence;
• Weekly audits available upon request;
• Three 15-minute one-to-one sessions with Emely or a vetted advisor, scheduled during the program period;
• Access to the Vault of templates, tools, and resources;
• Daily access to the team through Slack; and
• Access to the member community on Slack.

You also receive lifetime access to the standard content curriculum. This access continues after the 12-week program period and remains available to you if we move the curriculum to a different hosting platform. If a platform changes, we will provide a reasonable way to access the curriculum on the replacement platform. The 12-week program period begins when you receive access to the MFA community hub.

Payment

• Pay in full: $2,800 USD charged on the day you enroll.
• Three-payment plan: $1,000 USD charged on the day you enroll, followed by $1,000 USD on the corresponding date in each of the next two months. If a month has no corresponding date, the charge is scheduled for its last day. Total: $3,000 USD. The payment plan costs $200 more than paying in full. Your checkout and confirmation will show the scheduled dates.

If you choose the three-payment plan, you authorize Prestige Bureau LLC or its payment processor to charge the payment method you provide according to that schedule. This is an installment plan for the full $3,000 program price, not a month-to-month subscription. Leaving the program or choosing not to participate does not cancel the remaining installments, subject to any rights required by law. We will provide a receipt or confirmation. Taxes, if any, will be disclosed at checkout.

If a payment fails, we may contact you to update the payment method and may pause access as stated in the signed enrollment agreement. Contact hello@prestigebureau.com promptly about billing errors.

Agreement and access

The enrollment agreement must be available for you to review before you authorize payment. After payment, we will send it for electronic signature. Once the initial payment succeeds and you sign the agreement, we will provide access to the MFA community hub within 48 hours of payment. If you sign more than 48 hours after payment, we will provide access within 48 hours of signature. Your 12 weeks begin when hub access is provided. We will not schedule your extraction or onboarding call or grant program access before the agreement is signed.

If you decline to sign the enrollment agreement, we will cancel your enrollment, refund the initial payment, and cancel any future scheduled installments. You will not receive program access. If we do not receive a signature within seven days after payment, we will contact you and then cancel and refund the enrollment unless we agree on another signing date in writing. This pre-access exception to the no-refund policy below applies only when the agreement is not signed and no program access has been provided.

Cancellation and refunds

After the enrollment agreement is signed and program access is provided, all Microfirm Accelerator purchases are final. We do not offer refunds for the pay-in-full option or any payment under the three-payment plan. Choosing not to attend, participate, or use the program does not cancel the unpaid installments. If the agreement is not signed and access is not provided, the pre-access refund rule above applies. This policy does not limit any refund or cancellation rights that cannot lawfully be waived.

Results and use of materials

MFA provides education, tools, and support to help you build a Microfirm. It does not guarantee clients, revenue, profit, or another specific outcome. Your results depend on your circumstances and actions. Program content is licensed for your own business use under the signed enrollment agreement; sharing access, recordings, or materials with others requires our written permission.
